WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead mid‑size Power Delivery projects, including transmission, distribution, and substation work. You will oversee budgets, schedules, risk, QA/QC, safety, and client satisfaction, coordinating with engineering, design, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

You will manage proposals, planning, procurement coordination, and governance documentation, traveling as needed for client meetings and site visits

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive PM experience in Power Delivery projects (T&D, substation).
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle: proposal to closeout, QA/QC, safety, and delivery standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross‑functional Power Delivery project teams to execute transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
• Manage budgets, hours, expenses, and earned value across portfolios.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans for utility capital programs.
• Maintain WBS, cost-loaded estimates, and schedule control (CPM).
• Coordinate with procurement, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular project reporting and risk management updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects.
