Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead mid-to-large Power Delivery initiatives within the Power & Energy Management Team.

The role includes managing budgets, schedules, QA/QC, risk, and safety across transmission, distribution, and substation projects, with regional travel as needed. You will coordinate with engineers, procurement, and construction staff, develop governance documents, and ensure client satisfaction while adhering to WSP standards and PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years PM experience in power delivery, T&D, substation, or utility projects.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle, including proposal to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Power Delivery teams to execute transmission, distribution, and substation projects.
• Oversee budgets, hours, expenses, labor, and materials while managing client expectations.
• Develop cost-loaded schedules and manage EVM, risk, QA/QC and safety programs.
• Produce project initiation docs, governance artifacts, and regular client reports.
• Support contract negotiations, scope alignment, and stakeholder meetings.
