WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead mid-size Power Delivery projects in Texas, Oklahoma or Arkansas, with the option to work remotely from within the region. Travel to WSP or client offices will be required for periodic face-to-face meetings.

You will oversee technical, administrative, and commercial aspects, manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, safety, and risk, and ensure delivery in alignment with contract scope and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years in project management for power delivery or utility projects.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional Power Delivery project teams to deliver mid-size projects.
• Manage budgets, hours, expenses, and contractual obligations.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Create and maintain WBS, cost-loaded estimates, and forecasts.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular project reporting to clients and leadership.
