Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead mid‑to‑large scale transmission, distribution, and substation projects in a regional US travel area (TX/OK/AR) with the option to work remotely within the region.

You will manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, safety, and client satisfaction. You'll coordinate cross‑functional teams, develop proposals, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and PM methodologies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive post‑education project management experience in power delivery/utility projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, earned value, and risk in T&D/substation programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team leadership.
• Ability to develop, manage, and close out project documentation per QA/QC standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Willingness to travel to client offices and project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, administrative, and commercial project management leadership for Power Delivery projects.
• Oversee scope, budgets, schedules, and risk across multiple projects.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and project plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead project kick‑offs, change control, and performance reporting.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
