Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive post‑education PM experience in power delivery or utility projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional Power Delivery project teams to execute transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Oversee project budgets, hours, expenses, and resource plans; manage schedules and earned value.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and CPM schedules for utility capital programs.
• Manage risk, QA/QC, safety compliance, and client communications across projects.
• Report project performance and provide guidance to leadership on variances and recovery actions.
