Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering transmission, distribution, and substation projects. The role supports regional projects based in TX/OK/AR with remote work options within the region and periodic travel to client sites.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and QA/QC while coordinating with procurement, finance, and clients to ensure project success and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in Power Delivery.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and earned value management (EVM).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong communications and leadership skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Power Delivery project teams to deliver mid-size projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and oversee project proposals, cost estimates, and scheduling strategies.
• Maintain WBS, task sequencing, and cost-loaded estimates for forecasting.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and clients for contract execution and closeout.
