Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead transmission, distribution, and substation projects within the Power & Energy Management Team.

The role supports Texas, Oklahoma or Arkansas with regional remote work options, and periodic travel to client sites for meetings. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, develop proposals, and ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of progressive post‑education experience in a project management role.
• Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle in utility/Power Delivery contexts.
• Analytical, organizational, and project controls skills with commercial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and vendors.
• Willingness to travel regionally for client engagement and project needs.
• Proficiency with PM tools and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross‑functional Power Delivery project teams for mid‑size projects.
• Manage budgets, hours, expenses, labor, and material quantities.
• Contribute to proposals, cost estimates, scopes, and CPM schedules.
• Develop and maintain WBS, task sequencing, and earned value tracking.
• Lead QA/QC, safety, and compliance programs across projects.
• Coordinate contract negotiations, client presentations, and meetings.
• Provide regular project reporting and risk mitigation updates.
