WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead mid‑to‑large scale transmission, distribution, and substation projects within a regional scope.

The role supports delivery across Texas, Oklahoma, or Arkansas with the ability to work remotely from mutually acceptable locations in the region. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, QA/QC, safety, and risk while coordinating with IOUs, IPPs, Co‑ops, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of progressive PM experience in power delivery or utilities.
• Strong knowledge of project life cycle, QA/QC, safety, and risk management.
• Excellent communication with IOUs, IPPs, Co-Ops and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Power Delivery project teams and manage budgets.
• Develop project proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Maintain WBS, risk registers, and EVM/CPM tracking.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular client reporting and manage cash flow.
