WSP is seeking a Power Delivery Project Management Project Coordinator to support our project teams across the region. You will coordinate documentation, monitor schedules, and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables while maintaining quality and compliance.

In this role, you will manage logs, meetings, and cross-functional workflows, collaborating with procurement and finance to monitor budgets and approvals. Remote-friendly within the designated region with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-education experience in related project coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and close-out phases.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience with documentation management platforms and project tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain detailed project logs, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate the creation and finalization of client deliverables to standards.
• Lead administration and distribution of critical documentation (contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders).
• Track milestones and follow up with teams to ensure completion of tasks.
• Manage documentation systems with version control and audit trails.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project inquiries and cross-functional communication.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to monitor budgets and invoices.
• Assist with data entry for cost reports, timesheets, and vendor submissions.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute follow-up materials.
