Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager for our West Coast division. This role supports remote work within the region and occasional travel to client offices for face-to-face meetings.

You will lead mid-to-large Power Delivery projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and safety compliance align with contract requirements. Ideal candidates have PMP/CAP-M certification and 12+ years in Power Delivery project management, with strong analytical and leadership abilities to guide teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• PM certification required (PMP/CAP-M).
• 12+ years of post-education PM experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• Strong understanding of project delivery processes in Power Delivery.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mid-level to multi-project Power Delivery work, including budgets and resources.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scopes, and schedules.
• Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs.
• Drive technical reviews and QA/QC adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor team members and manage client communications and reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement and project accounting on metrics and margins.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule meet corporate standards.
