Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Power Delivery Project Management Project Coordinator to support the PM team across regional offices, including Salt Lake City.

This role provides administrative and logistical support, maintains project logs and schedules, coordinates deliverables, and aids in budgeting, invoicing, and vendor submissions to ensure timely project delivery.

Remote work options within the region are available, with collaboration across offices and teams to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant post-education experience.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with SharePoint, Procore, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project logs, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate client deliverables and ensure standards.
• Lead documentation and change orders.
• Track milestones and follow up with owners.
• Support budgets, invoices, and vendor submissions.
• Prepare agendas and minutes for project meetings.
• Assist with onboarding and access controls.
