Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager for the West Coast, with remote work allowed within the region and periodic travel to client or WSP offices for meetings. You will provide high-level technical leadership across project phases from proposal through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while managing scope and budget.

The role requires a PMP or CAP-M, 12+ years in Power Delivery/Utility project management, and strong communication skills to coordinate with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience.
Essential project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility.

Responsibilities

Oversee cross-functional teams to execute Power Delivery projects, including budget, hours, costs, deliverables and client satisfaction.
Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs for projects.
Ensure QA/QC reviews and maintain documentation and communication.
Mentor project team members for growth and development.
Monitor margins and participate in contract negotiations as needed.
