WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager for the West Coast, with remote work allowed within the region and periodic travel to client or WSP offices for meetings. You will provide high-level technical leadership across project phases from proposal through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while managing scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience.
• Essential project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
• 12+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role within Power Delivery/Utility.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cross-functional teams to execute Power Delivery projects, including budget, hours, costs, deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs for projects.
• Ensure QA/QC reviews and maintain documentation and communication.
• Mentor project team members for growth and development.
• Monitor margins and participate in contract negotiations as needed.
