Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager for our Power & Energy Management Team. The role is based in TX/Oklahoma/Arkansas with regional travel and the option to work remotely from a mutually acceptable location within the region.

Occasional visits to WSP and client offices are required. You will lead technical, administrative, and commercial management of Power Delivery projects, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while coordinating across engineering, procurement,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
7–10 years in a project management role, preferably in power delivery, T&D, substation, or utility projects.
Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Power Delivery project teams to execute mid-size projects within budgets and schedules.
Develop and review project proposals, cost estimates, and execution strategies.
Maintain WBS, schedules, and cost-loaded estimates for earned value management.
Ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects.
Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and finance for closeout and invoicing.
Provide regular project reporting and risk/issue management to stakeholders.
