WSP Global Inc. seeks a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead mid-to-large Power Delivery projects across TX, OK, and AR. The role includes steering budgets, schedules, risk, and QA/QC, with remote work flexibility within the region and periodic travel to client offices.

The ideal candidate has a strong PM background in power delivery, utility projects, and cross‑functional team leadership, with hands-on experience in budgeting, scheduling, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7–10 years of progressive PM experience in power delivery projects.
• Experience in proposal development, initiation, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project controls skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with utility clients.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, administrative, and commercial project management leadership for Power Delivery projects.
• Oversee budgets, hours, expenses, and contract obligations across transmission, distribution, and substation work.
• Develop cost estimates, scopes of work, schedules, and resource plans for proposals.
• Create and maintain WBS, sequencing, and cost-loaded estimates for schedule control.
• Coordinate QA/QC, safety programs, and compliance with standards.
• Support margin analysis, forecasting, and contingency planning.
• Assist with contract negotiations and client meetings with IOUs, IPPs, Co‑Ops, and Munis.
• Prepare governance documents (PMPs, QPs, PSPs) and risk registers.
• Lead kickoff and execution alignment meetings; monitor performance metrics.
