Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to oversee HV and EHV substation and transmission line projects. The role includes managing scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships across the South and Southwest regions with potential remote work options.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive risk mitigation, quality assurance, and project controls while coordinating with area managers. The role requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of post-education PM experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• Experience leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV projects.
• Experience with CPM schedules and project controls.
• Knowledge of contract, risk, cost, and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV substation and/or transmission line projects.
• Engage stakeholders, report progress, and manage client relationships.
• Support pursuit decisions, contract reviews, risk and pricing analyses.
• Lead/participate in contract negotiations and client presentations.
• Ensure QA/QC, risk planning, and project documentation.
