Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking contractors to help improve AI that answers postal-service questions. You will review questions and judge realism and usefulness, working remotely.

The role focuses on creating rubrics, setting evaluation standards for mail classes, shipping options, and customs forms, and providing clear written feedback based on real-world postal knowledge. This short-term project requires English fluency, USPS experience (current or former), and the ability to work 15–25 hours

Qualifications

• Frontline USPS/postal experience is preferred (current, former, or retired).
• Fluent written English with ability to provide clear feedback.
• Comfort working remotely and asynchronously.
• USPS frontline experience is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review sample postal questions and identify requests that do not reflect real customer inquiries.
• Create rubrics for correct answers about mail classes, shipping options, postage, fees, and shipping labels.
• Set evaluation standards for tracking, missing/damaged mail, change of address, forwarding, international mailing, and customs forms.
• Evaluate AI answers against those standards and identify errors, missing information, or outdated guidance.
• Provide clear written feedback.
