Job summary

micro1 is seeking Postal Clerks to help evaluate and improve AI systems on postal service topics. You’ll use your front-counter experience to check that questions sound like real customers and that answers are correct and useful.

Accuracy comes first, and no AI experience is required. Responsibilities include writing rubrics for mail classes, shipping options, postage, fees, and shipping labels, and covering tracking, missing or damaged mail, address changes, and international forms.

Qualifications

• USPS frontline experience and knowledge of mail services.
• 1+ year helping customers in person at a post office counter.
• Working knowledge of mail classes, shipping options, postage, tracking and address changes.

Responsibilities

• Review sample postal questions and flag responses that don’t reflect real customer queries.
• Write rubrics defining correct answers on mail classes, shipping options, postage, fees and labels.
• Cover package tracking, missing/damaged mail, changes of address and international mailing forms in rubrics.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers against rubrics and flag errors or outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team asynchronously.
