Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to lead payer client implementation, requirements discovery, and cross-functional coordination. You will be the primary liaison across business, product, data, engineering, and operations to translate payer needs into actionable requirements and artifacts.

You will guide discovery sessions, design workflows, and ensure alignment with contracted scope, while supporting go-live, hypercare, and ongoing adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum seven years in healthcare payment integrity, payer claims operations, or related field.
• Five years leading complex, client-facing healthcare implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary payment integrity implementation lead for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, meetings, demonstrations, and executive updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Set clear expectations, ownership, and due dates; communicate changes promptly.
• Advise clients on implementation choices while ensuring alignment with scope and outcomes.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle and artifact governance.
• Document data requirements, mappings, and configuration decisions.
• Ensure implementation decisions support accurate, auditable outcomes.
• Lead data discovery, mapping, and validation processes.
• Coordinate milestones across discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, and issue tracking across projects.
• Explain complex payment integrity workflows to diverse audiences.
• Remain a knowledgeable resource post-go-live for adoption and optimization.
