Job summary

Lyric is actively seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay), Specialist to lead requirements discovery, implementation artifacts, and client communications across the full deployment lifecycle. You will align cross-functional teams, own governance of artifacts, and drive adoption from design through go-live and stabilization.

The role requires expert post-payment payment integrity knowledge, COB, data mapping, and familiarity with Lyric Replay products, while partnering with Engineering,

Qualifications

• Experience eliciting, analyzing, and obtaining approval for complex business and technical requirements.
• Ability to translate client needs into detailed requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication skills to align multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary payment integrity implementation lead and day-to-day point of contact for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, working meetings, demonstrations, status reviews, decision forums, and executive-ready updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders, SMEs, project managers, data and technology teams, and operational users.
• Set clear expectations, confirm ownership and due dates, follow through on commitments, and communicate changes promptly.
• Advise clients on implementation choices, workflow design, and practical tradeoffs while keeping scope aligned with business outcomes.
