Job summary

Lyric is seeking a seasoned Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to translate payer needs into clear, actionable requirements across the full implementation lifecycle. You will own discovery, artifacts, client communications, decisions, and cross-functional alignment from design through go-live and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum seven years in healthcare payment integrity or related field.
• Experience leading complex client-facing healthcare implementations.
• Expert knowledge of post-payment integrity and related domains.
• Ability to elicit and validate complex requirements with stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with business analysts and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions, meetings, and executive updates.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle and artifacts.
• Translate client needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to design and deploy solutions.
• Manage risks, issues, RAID logs, and decision logs throughout delivery.
• Ensure ready-for-go-live readiness and post-go-live support.
