Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to lead payment integrity implementations for payer clients. You will own requirements, coordinate across product, data, engineering, and operations, and ensure clear communication and governance throughout the lifecycle.

You will partner with business analysts and technical teams to translate client needs into detailed requirements, questions, and data specifications, driving successful go-lives and ongoing adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, data analytics, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in healthcare payment integrity, payer operations, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years leading complex, client-facing healthcare implementations or workstreams.
• Expert-level knowledge of post-payment payment integrity across COB, data mining, DRG review, coding or chart review, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary payment integrity implementation lead and day-to-day contact for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, working meetings, demonstrations, status reviews, and executive-ready updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders, SMEs, project managers, data and technology teams, and operational users.
• Advise clients on implementation choices, workflow design, and practical tradeoffs while aligning with scope and outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, documentation, validation, and approvals.
