Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative partner to customers, proactively engaging to understand evolving needs, business drivers, and goals.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to elicit and document customer requirements, aligning with goals.
• Lead multiple implementation projects with cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Act as the client-facing representative for Lyric project teams.
• Partner with Go-to-Market to define and execute client roadmaps.
• Direct Service Delivery and supporting teams to achieve high customer satisfaction as shown by 7s surveys.
• Operate effectively within a matrixed project environment.
• Ensure requests and decisions are acknowledged, documented, and closed.
• Collaborate transparently across internal teams and ensure external communication only after internal alignment.
• Lead or support escalations with structured discovery and resolution paths.
• Maintain visibility and accountability throughout initiative lifecycles.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Manage scope and implement change effectively.
• Lead risk management to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality and performance standards.
• Coordinate interdepartmental dependencies and foster collaboration.
• Apply project management best practices including risk, resource, and time management.
