Lyric is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead IT project implementations for health payor clients. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and drive adoption of Lyric solutions, ensuring alignment with client roadmaps and satisfaction metrics.

The role emphasizes consultative engagement, risk management, and proactive delivery across projects of varying sizes, with a focus on trust, transparency, and lasting outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years IT project management experience, including at least four (4) years in software implementation.
• Healthcare payor environment exposure is preferred; experience with claims processing and payment operations is a plus.

• Act as a consultative partner to customers, understanding evolving needs and strategic objectives.
• Lead multiple implementation projects with cross-functional teams and maintain client-facing representation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, with risk management and change control.
• Document requirements and solution designs, maintaining living documentation and using PM tools to track progress.
• Foster client trust and satisfaction through clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
