Job summary

Shift4 is seeking a Solution Specialist for WIApply, a remote-friendly role focused on expanding POS and payments solutions. You will set appointments, prospect by phone and in-person networking, and help merchants grow through add-on services.

You will build relationships, explain product value from a laptop or POS device, and target new accounts while maintaining regular pipeline updates with your manager. A hunter mentality and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to cold-call and set meetings.

• Background in door-to-door/outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments with merchants to present POS and payments solutions.
• Prospect over the phone and in person through networking and referrals.
• Assist existing clients with add-on services including Hardware, Software, and Professional Services.
• Build relationships with merchants by listening to their needs and resolving issues.
• Explain the value of Shift4 products using a laptop or POS device.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to up-sell products and services.
