Job summary

Shift4, a leader in commerce-enabling technology, seeks a Solution Specialist (Remote) to help merchants grow using modern POS solutions. You will set appointments, prospect by phone and networking, and foster partnerships to drive revenue.

You will build client relationships, discuss hardware, software, and services, and meet quarterly quotas while collaborating with the sales team and management.

Qualifications

• Willingness to cold-call and set meetings with potential clients.
• Ability to close deals in a fast-paced sales cycle.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and hunter mentality required.
• CRM experience and comfort with technology.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments with merchants to present Point of Sale and Shift4 services.
• Prospect via phone, networking, and referrals to grow customers.
• Assist existing clients with add-on services including Hardware, Software, and Professional Services.
• Build relationships by listening to merchant needs and resolving issues.
• Explain Shift4 value proposition via laptop or POS device.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Develop new accounts and growth areas; sign new logos in territory.
