Job summary

JLL is seeking a Portfolio Strategy & Analytics Leader to recruit, develop, and lead a team of strategists and analysts, driving the standards and methodologies for portfolio strategy, analytics, and insights. The role engages with executive clients and leads new business pursuits, requiring both hands-on analysis and conference-room presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10–15 years in corporate real estate strategy, portfolio management or related advisory roles.
• Proven track record building, leading, and developing teams.
• Experience delivering portfolio strategies for multi-location client portfolios.
• Strong analytical capabilities with financial modeling, scenario analyses, and data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of portfolio strategy strategists and analysts.
• Set standards, tools, and methodologies for portfolio strategy and analytics.
• Oversee analytics from data infrastructure to executive-ready outputs.
• Lead market intelligence and benchmarking for Portfolio Advisory clients.
• Advise clients and align portfolio strategy with transaction management and pursuit teams.
• Collaborate with RFPs, thought leadership, and data platform initiatives.
