Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic Americas Technical Services Project Management Director to drive excellence in technical services and strategic initiatives across AMER, CAN, and LATAM. The role requires executive leadership of multi‑country teams, deep expertise in MEP/IoT and asset Lifecycle management, and a track record of delivering mission‑critical facilities projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
Professional certifications such as FMP, CFM, CPE, OSHA or related safety/environmental certifications preferred.
Minimum 15 years facilities/technical services with 7+ years in senior leadership on multi-regional accounts.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical and project management leadership across Americas with cross‑functional teams.
Develop and execute technical services and project management strategies across regional sub‑accounts.
Oversee BCP, HSSE programs, and asset lifecycle optimization to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Lead business reviews, governance, and client relationship management with executive stakeholders.
Mentor and develop high‑performing teams across multiple countries and cultures.
