Job summary

JLL seeks a Portfolio Strategy & Analytics Leader for Portfolio Advisory. You will recruit and lead a team of strategists, set standards and methodologies, and serve as a client-facing strategic advisor on complex portfolio decisions.

Based in a major city, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering executive-ready insights and driving market intelligence, benchmarking, and analytics leadership to shape client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in corporate real estate strategy, portfolio management, or related advisory roles, including direct people management.
• Proven experience building, leading, and developing teams.
• Proven track record developing and implementing portfolio strategies for multi-location clients.
• Strong analytical capabilities with financial models and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop a team of strategists & analysts.
• Set strategic direction, standards, and delivery methodology for portfolio strategy, analytics, insights, and consulting.
• Manage performance, career development, and capacity planning across a distributed team.
• Build repeatable frameworks, tools, and playbooks to scale delivery quality.
• Foster a culture of analytical rigor and client obsession across the team.
