Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Manager/Compliance Analyst to work remotely with limited travel.

You will manage audits, occupancy reporting, and investor-ready documentation for a diverse affordable housing portfolio across multiple states. The role requires attention to regulatory details, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with housing programs such as LIHTC, Section 8, PRA 811, and HOME.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; affordable housing/LIHTC experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of income calculations and eligibility requirements.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them accurately.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain audits and compliance reviews for assigned communities.
• Prepare and file quarterly/state reporting and investor documents.
• Assist with LIHTC, PRA 811, HOME programs and related compliance tasks.
• Maintain occupancy reporting and rent schedules; support annual posting notices.
