Job summary

NHE, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to support the Director of Compliance and Regional Property Managers in ensuring HUD, LIHTC, HOME and related programs are followed across our portfolio.

This remote role requires travel within SC/NC, strong policy development, training, documentation, and coordination with on-site teams when needed. You will review tenant files, prepare audits, enter data in Yardi-like systems, and help implement new government rules while remaining within

Qualifications

• Five years of HUD, Rural Development, LIHTC and HOME program experience.
• Property Manager’s license or HCCP designation required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring policies related to property management and compliance.
• Train staff and oversee compliance with HUD, LIHTC, HOME regulations.
• Prepare regulatory reports and participate in inspections.
• Travel required; may supervise onsite staff in absence of manager.
