WHEDA is seeking a Manager of Portfolio Monitoring- Housing Tax Credit to lead the Multifamily Compliance team. This role manages compliance, risk, and performance across WHEDA’s affordable housing portfolios, with supervisory authority over exempt staff.

The position reports to the agency and is based on our rural/home office policy, with a flexible schedule depending on business needs. A strong background in HTCs and portfolio management is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years in commercial or multifamily asset management with supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Oversee portfolio monitoring of HTCs and related housing programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Supervise the Portfolio Monitoring, HTC team and develop staff.
