Job summary

Libsyn is seeking a Podcaster Support I to join our remote-first team in the United States. You will provide frontline support across our podcast hosting and monetization platforms, guiding creators to maximize their reach and revenue while translating technical details into clear, actionable advice.

Collaborate with a driven team, maintain SLAs, CSAT targets, and contribute to knowledge base improvements. If you enjoy solving problems for podcasters and shaping a best-in-class support

Qualifications

Experience with podcast hosting platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.) and RSS feed management.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical users.
Strong customer empathy and problem-solving skills under SLA targets.

Responsibilities

Provide support across podcast hosting and monetization platforms, guiding users to maximize results.
Educate creators on best practices and features, in clear, jargon-free language.
Contribute to the knowledge base and help engineers improve the product through feedback.
