Job summary

Supporting Cast, a remote-first podcasting and internal comms platform, seeks a Client Success Manager to onboard, launch, and support partners worldwide. You’ll guide adoption, consult on audience growth, and become a trusted advisor while shaping resources to scale self-serve support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer success, account management, or employee engagement communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for the employee experience and pride in making our partners feel supported
• A problem-solving mindset: resourceful, curious, and relentless on our clients’ behalf
• A passion for the future of work: You want to make work more human and fundamentally better for employees
• Comfort with remote work and common productivity tools (our stack: Google Suite, Slack, and Notion)
• An interest in using A.I. tools to help scale a fast-growing company
• A love for podcasts—you get why this makes so much sense for distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Onboard internal podcasters: guide setup, strategies, and adoption
• Proactively consult with clients: drive audience adoption and best practices
• Become work besties with our clients: build trust as a trusted adviser
• Create and improve support resources: FAQs, guides, templates to scale self-serve resources
