Job summary

Supporting Cast is a podcast monetization platform that helps publishers offer premium subscriptions to listeners. We seek a Podcast Success Associate to guide partners through onboarding, help them launch, and support subscription growth.

You will work with a remote, high-impact team, troubleshoot issues, and develop resources while sharing partner insights with product and engineering to improve tools and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer success or related field
• Customer-first mindset and ability to handle demanding clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Problem-solving mindset; curious and eager to learn
• Proficiency with Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Notion, GitHub, and Google Sheets
• Interest in using AI tools to scale a fast-growing company

Responsibilities

• Onboard podcasters and publishers through setup, launch planning, and early success
• Be a trusted contact for clients; answer questions and troubleshoot issues
• Create and improve self-serve support resources
• Share partner insights with product and engineering teams
• Proactively check in to drive adoption, subscriptions, and reduce churn
• Assist with technical implementations (WordPress plugin or embedded solutions)
• Help publishers migrate offerings and subscribers from competing platforms
