As the first Client Success Manager on the team, you will guide onboarding, launches, and ongoing support for partners at major organizations, shaping how they use our tools to inform and connect thousands of employees.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer success, account management, or employee engagement communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for employee experience and supporting partners.
• Problem-solving mindset, resourceful and curious.
• Comfort with remote work and modern collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard internal podcasters and guide them through setup and adoption.
• Proactively consult with clients to drive employee audience adoption.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and advise them.
• Create and improve self-serve resources like FAQs and guides.
