Jobgether is seeking a PMO, Program Manager for a partner company in the United States. This fully remote role requires strategic leadership to translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps, governance frameworks, and measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is preferred.
• Progressive experience in project/program/portfolio management or management consulting.
• Experience leading PMO functions or enterprise program management.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile/Scrum are strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery health and performance of a portfolio of strategic programs.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable roadmaps and governance.
• Establish and improve PMO methodologies, reporting standards, and templates.
• Provide strategic guidance to project managers and stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
