Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex technology programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-workstream teams and vendors.
• Strong finance, budgeting, and change control experience.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape complex technology programs in partnership with Sales, Pre-Sales, architects, technical leads, practice leaders, and customer stakeholders.
• Translate customer objectives into integrated program structures with milestones and outcomes.
• Develop schedules, staffing models, resource forecasts, delivery approaches, and pricing recommendations.
• Establish program charters, integrated master plans, governance models, and reporting cadences.
• Lead delivery across networking, cloud, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and recovery plans; track progress against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide executive updates and drive value realization for stakeholders.
