Qualifications

• Requires 12+ years in project/portfolio management or PMO leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, and investment roadmaps; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of portfolio and project managers.
• Establish governance, reporting standards, and communication practices.
• Drive cross-portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Provide executive dashboards, ROI analyses, and funding recommendations.
• Oversee vendor spending, contracts, and cost optimization.
• Support budgeting cycles and capital/operating expenditure planning.
