Arbor Research Collaborative for Health is seeking a PMO Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of complex research projects. The role emphasizes rigorous project planning, schedule control, and budget oversight to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

This remote position in the United States offers exposure to diverse funding sources and cross-disciplinary teams. You will mentor project staff, establish standards, and serve as the primary liaison with clients and program officers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience directing large project teams.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing government grants and contracts for research.
• Understanding of biostatistical, technical programming, and clinical issues related to health care research.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects with varying contracts, funding sources and scientific content.
• Create and maintain project work plans and resource estimates; review budgets regularly.
• Prepare progress and budget reports for clients and funders.
• Develop and implement project management standards, tools, and processes.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Project Associates; serve as resource for PMs.
