Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT program or project management experience, with federal contracts.
• Technical fluency to engage with architects, engineers, and modernization SMEs.
• Experience managing integrated plans across multiple technical workstreams or task orders.
• Proven ability to maintain risk, issue, action, and decision records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate deliverables, cost/effort status, and staffing with multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly status, monthly reports, and leadership briefings.
• Translate ambiguous status into owner, actions, dates, dependencies, and evidence.
• Maintain phase-gate readiness and disciplined program records across tools.
• Support task-order managers and technical leads in planning and governance.
• Facilitate program-management meetings and escalate risks and decisions.
