Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a PMO Specialist within the Programs Management Office to support one or more Program/Project Managers. You will serve as the primary contact for project control, develop action plans, monitor budgets, generate reports, and ensure on-time delivery across lifecycles.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, QA/QMS experience, and the ability to communicate across time zones. Remote-friendly with a focus on federal contracting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background check required; additional checks may be required by projects/clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor overall project performance.
• Provide administrative support and coordination to Task Orders or project tasks.
• Develop project schedules, work plans, monthly updates, and close-out processes.
• Manage program budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting.
