Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support the Technical Program Manager on a fast-paced federal technology program. The Analyst will own day-to-day program controls: maintaining trackers and artifacts, driving action follow-through across internal teams and subcontractors, supporting reporting and deliverables, and surfacing risks early.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with IT and delivery terminology, can translate work into clear status, actions, and escalations for the TPM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• PMO support, program operations, or business analysis experience in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Experience maintaining program artifacts such as trackers, logs, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program trackers (actions, decisions, risks/issues, dependencies, milestones, deliverables).
• Monitor schedules across multiple workstreams and elevate risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to obtain status and deliverables.
• Prepare agendas, capture decisions, and draft status reports and executive materials.
