Job summary

CapTech is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery efforts for diverse client engagements across technology landscapes. You will drive collaborative client relationships, manage complex programs, and implement agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches to deliver measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in PM, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams across onsite and remote locations, while upholding CapTech's standards and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project or program management with full agile lifecycle preferred.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving toward specific outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead diverse teams across locations (onsite/remote).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes and ensure project success.
• Share and implement best practices from Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models as needed by the project.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making.
• Demonstrate track record of managing large and complex consulting engagements.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans and roadmaps, monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks and support triage of critical issues throughout delivery.
• Perform hands-on delivery work including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management.
• Mentor and share knowledge to develop a community of project managers and leaders.
