Job summary

Consortium Networks is seeking a Project Manager for Professional Services to own the PMO, standards, and governance across client engagements. You will coordinate and monitor multiple concurrent projects from initiation to closeout, partnering with service leaders, teams, clients, and finance to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual commitments are met.

The role drives adoption of standardized processes, executes kickoff and status reviews, and ensures accurate reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in cybersecurity or professional services.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; senior PM experience expected.
• Experience with multi-project governance, budgets, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Project Governance Framework across orgs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables.
• Lead internal and customer kickoff reviews and calls.
• Coordinate resourcing and serve as primary client contact for status.
• Monitor schedule, budget, milestones, and deliverables for timeliness.
• Run status meetings and maintain reporting cadence with stakeholders.
• Enforce time-entry compliance; track budget hours and variances.
• Document scope/budget changes as formal change orders.
• Identify and escalate risks; drive resolution per governance.
• Collaborate with Finance on invoicing and forecasting inputs.
• Manage project closeout, documentation, and invoicing checks.
• Support lessons learned and PMO process improvements.
