Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a PMO Coordinator to support the VA Eligibility & Enrollment program with reporting, coordination, and performance monitoring. You will help ensure visibility into activities, risks, and deliverables in a fast-paced IT environment.

This fully remote role within the United States requires strong organizational and communication skills. You will produce executive dashboards, manage reporting artifacts, and support cross-functional teams and leadership with timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5–8 years of related experience or commensurate experience.
• Experience in IT program support, project coordination, or PMO support.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional presentations for customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and standardize program reporting metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports for visibility into health, progress, and risks.
• Track KPIs such as velocity, deployment progress, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
• Monitor risks and support mitigation planning across teams and systems.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items to completion.
