Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a PMO Coordinator to support VA E&E with program reporting, admin coordination, and performance monitoring. This fully remote role within the United States emphasizes executive-level reporting in a fast-paced IT environment.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to produce accurate information for program leadership, coordinating cross-team activities and maintaining SharePoint resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of IT program support or PMO experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in preparing professional presentations for customers.
• Experience collecting, organizing, and presenting data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Establish and standardize program reporting metrics and KPIs.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports for program health.
• Track sprint velocity, deployment progress, milestones, and outcomes.
• Monitor risks and support mitigation planning.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
• Deliver status updates to customers and senior leadership.
• Maintain documentation and reporting artifacts in SharePoint.
