Talkiatry is a clinician-led, fully remote outpatient psychiatry practice offering predictable W-2 compensation and benefits. You’ll control your schedule, session structure, and patient population with minimal administrative burden.

We support comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management in a telepsychiatry model with full operational support, including scheduling and billing functions, licensing assistance, and in-house referrals.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active unrestricted license
• Autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP
• Outpatient psychiatric care experience incl. evaluations, treatment planning & medication management
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy experience
• Comfort in fully remote telepsychiatry
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and care documentation
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative, team-based approach

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create treatment plans
• Manage medications for patients
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy
• Collaborate with in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists
• Coordinate scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing support
