Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice. This role is designed for experienced PMHNPs who want control over their schedule and patient population, with 100% remote, outpatient care and full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Compensation ranges from $180k to $215k+ annually, with base salary plus monthly productivity, and

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) required.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
