Talkiatry, a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice, is seeking experienced PMHNPs for 100% remote outpatient care in the United States. You’ll enjoy predictable W-2 compensation, control over your schedule, session structure, and patient population, with full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.

Compensation ranges from $180k to $215k+ per year, composed of base salary and monthly productivity.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with unrestricted license.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care.
• Ability to work remotely in a telepsychiatry model.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning.
• Medication management and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists.
• Utilize EMR to document care accurately and efficiently.
