Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice designed to combine hospital-like stability with private-practice autonomy. This role is for experienced PMHNPs seeking predictable W-2 compensation, control over schedule, and minimal administrative burden in a fully remote outpatient model.

Daily work is 100% remote outpatient care with lower to moderate acuity patients; you’ll perform evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management within an integrated care network,

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with an unrestricted license
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience delivering outpatient care including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management
• Proficient in documenting care using electronic medical records (EMR)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Manage medications and monitor response with adjustments as needed
• Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy to patients
• Work within a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists within the network
